"Are you drug-free?"
"Yes, all my drugs are free!"

XD

Stay out all night and sleep all day? It's just called being 21😂😂😂

James is still living his fantasy. I live.

Why are people hating on Donahue? Yeah, he's a little all over the place but Michael Alig, himself, said that Donahue was a giant hippy who gathered all of the club kids for a group hug before the show and told them that he wasn't going to shame or degrade the club kids. He also is playing devil's advocate because this is a TALK SHOW...the host has to play every card. It's plainly obvious whose side he is on the whole time.

"When you insult them, they love that.  When you insult them, you are saying to them: I'm afraid of you, I'm old, I'm old-fashioned, and anything out-of-the-ordinary, I'm terrified of"  THANK YOU DONAHUE.  <3

James St James looks soooooo beautiful, his headpiece is exquisite! He's so lovely and everything he's talking about is beautiful

“I look like a heroin addict… but I’m not.. it’s just makeup.” - Ailig… never could keep his mouth closed could he? 🤦‍♀️

'James has a trust fund so for him it can go on forever',,truest of truths,, over 20years later and he's Still James st James!

This was 25 years ago, the youngest here are around late 40's,  50 or more now, if they are alive. Would love to hear them interviewed now.

Michael was high as fuck.

I just love how everytime they get insulted they all just laugh and agree lmao

I love how Richie Rich stood up for the girls

I'm surprised at how gorgeous James looks here. Like absolutely beautiful, she's so graceful.

I love how the boss of one of the club kids stood up for her employee. I also get why Phil was saying those things at the beginning, to get the close-minded people to agree with him and listen more so that Phil can lure them in to hearing the club kids' side.

Michael Alig, who spent 17 years in prison for murdering and dismembering his drug dealer, died of an apparent heroin overdose on Christmas

It's so strange that Michael Alig is known as the ringleader of this movement because every time I watch videos of the Club Kids, he is ALWAYS the least interesting, most unoriginal, and most annoying of the group.

This is for those that dont "get" the 90s generation. In the 90s era, it was about the fun and sharing and being part of that community. There was no posers or pretentious clubgoers or any of that. we used to have fun and didnt have to think about it. Just that.

only the over 30s will know the feeling.

UGH! James St. James is EVERYTHING.

I'm 38 now and remember growing up watching all the shows that I knew were going to have club kids on them.I fell in love and adored them.

38:00 Coast Guard guy gave me chills. Talk about expert foreshadowing. If only Alig had actually listened to that man and heeded his advice.
