Most meddlesome story is when Bettman convinced Don Maloney to bury John Scott after the All Star game.

Loving this!!
How often do you post?

There should be a statue of Alain Vigneault outside the stadium in Vancouver.  Very under appreciated coach.

All you have to do is cross reference his career and the short list of GM candidates, to see who was on the table:
Ryan Martin, who currently serves as assistant general manager of the New York Rangers and general manager of the Hartford Wolf Pack, is the general manager of the 2022 U.S. Men’s National Team.

Martin is in his first year with the Rangers after a 16-year stint (2005-21) with the Detroit Red Wings, including 11 seasons (2010-21) as the team’s assistant general manager and eight seasons as the general manager of the Grand Rapids Griffins (2013-21).

Thanks for sharing 👍👍

When they joined the league there wasn't a sweetheart package to start of with. Some mismanagement definitely and bad luck losing guys just before improvement came.
Great city to be in when young or for staffs families. Separation of church and state situation MC is talking about needs to happen everywhere. Was talking about similar in seniors care the other day.

Columbus is not an enticing place to play. Then when they finally land a big name, a tragedy happens.

They don’t hate to lose!!!

Canucks made the semis not the conference final when Raycroft was there

Just remember fellas who signs the bottom right of the check !!! The owner who in doubt is always in charge no matter who the coaches and GM is

Rerun....😊

I don't blame Raycroft for having more fun on this podcast than with Billy Jaffe on Morning Bru. C-Ball and Commodore and way more enjoyable. Jaffe's tee-ups for Raycroft's responses are long as Hell.

Goats

Columbus is like Winnipeg who the hell wants to play in those markets

I don’t like when the punchline of the story is in the first 15 seconds of the video. One man’s opinion

There are 32 NHL teams and 16 teams make the playoffs based on outdated division and conference point totals versus total points, so I gotta disagree with Raycroft saying that it’s “really hard to make the playoffs”. It’s harder to be on the current Detroit run of missing the playoffs than it is to make them.

I think Commodore is talking about Laurence Gilman

#askctc what arena has the greasiest visitors locker room?
I know some places will be too hot or cold, narrow benches, low lighting, etc to make it borderline as uncomfortable for the visiting team as possible.
