Thanks to REDMAGIC for letting me dip my big toe into mobile gaming and yap about AI girlfriends https://rmg.gg/a51d5f4e

1:56 The Grandmas smile at the end is so good.

im glad shes enjoying herself.

clips with grandma are the best 😂😂

"...to those of us that like to tinker for hours on end, just to load up a game for 5 minutes, and then not play it..."
Why you gotta call me out like that bro?  🤣

Thanks to this video, my Exynos just told me when he grows up, he wants to be a Snapdragon.

Imagine the “PLAY” Store being a difficult place to find GAMES to PLAY 😭

Bro it's been a month, the next AYN Thor video is due.

The play store makes me want to throw up with their freemium plans
Emulation has just taken gaming to another level for me 😊

3:46 Hiya, MiniReview reviewer here to confirm that we've noticed your video, thanks for mentioning us! We're very happy to be providing that service for our amazing mobile gamer community. :)

(P.S. I watched the full video and I agree with the point you made regarding the Google Play Store and how it's littered by low-effort games nowadays. I personally believe that it's been caused by the introduction of misleading ads, the VOODOO brand and the hypercasual genre in general, but of course, no offense towards those who enjoy playing that kind of games. All in all, take my like, and thanks again! ❤)

Romhacks and fan games, this dude is speaking my language. The problem with modern gamers is  how few are willing to search beyond their limited consoles ecosystems.

The financial burn from Grandma, followed by the smirk while slowly closing the door, had me rolling! XD

Bro you’re good at this video stuff. You should make more

Mobile gaming isnt about power or game libraries, it hunts on primal needs of gambling, so the chart simply shows the auditory (average people) involvement who hold the main market, not the "gamers"

Honestly I think the large amount of revenue in the mobile gaming industry is more of a sign of how bad it is than a sign of it doing something right. It's full of addictive and predatory practices instead of actually being fun.
It would be interesting to see a breakdown of how much of that revenue is app purchases vs in app transactions or subscriptions.

the part where you mention gamers wanting to pay for games instead of free ones definitely feels right. I feel like that's expanding outside of games. There are movies that I've wanted to go out and buy but can't because they're behind a subscription as an exclusive... I would rather pay the $30-40 than be signed up to yet another subscription

I really appreciate how you don't skip over the frustration and hassle of certain apps and setups! Too many youtubers make it sound like phone gaming is some fantasy wonderland where you can play anything, anytime, anywhere... But reality is a little more challenging 😂

Please don’t ever stop making videos man. I love your stuff. And I fucking LOVE the outro beats you’ve been doing.

Your relationship with your Grandma is really endearing. I had a similar relationship with mine before she passed. Soak up all the time you can get and keep making these fun memories with her!

11:10 on Reddit someone posted that he finished Celest on his phone at 5 FPS

13:10 me, I need to hear this, thank you Isaac Operating System
