Особенно молодые самцы.
Я живу на берегу реки и дикие утки гнездятся на моём берегу и спокойно ходят по двору моего дома, инспектируя сад, хотя и держатся от меня на расстоянии, так вот я сколько раз слышал, как самцы начинают громко крякать, особенно по вечерам.
А шипят они друг на друга только во время споров между собой.
Это мои личные наблюдения за дикими перелётными утками гнездящими рядом с моим домом.
