South Park and Family Guy beefing over whether their comedy is dumb while Futurama is minding it's own business making new mathematical theorems

Adult cartoons are kinda like middle school fights. They start beef for no reason 😂

“Who give a fuck? Y’all are both watching cartoons!“ 😂

When it comes to stuff like this, sometimes it’s hard to tell if it’s more “close friends or family members ribbing on each other in a good natured way” or “high school friend groups shitting on each other in close little gossip circles”

Bro I swear it feels like Bob's Burgers was personally responsible for killing one of the Family Guy writers' dog, and every time they're tasked with an episode their untapped rage unknowingly permeates into their jokes it's so wild to me lmao

I always think back to what Seth said about Matt and Trey which was basically "Make fun me all you want but don't go after the writers you don't know and make way less money than you".

I never understood the beef (or perceived beef) between these adult animated shows. They each have their own inherent value to their respective audiences, and I think that's enough.

All I know is that American Dad isn't being mentioned ONCE and every show that takes a shot at it is just "LOL, Family Guy 2.0" when that was NEVER ACCURATE.

Family guy critiquing anyone else's art style is insane 😭😭😭

All the times Family Guy shits on Bob's Burgers annoys me.

This is why I hate when people talk about “zombie simpsons”. Just because you don’t vibe with new Simpsons doesn’t mean the writers, animators and voice actors didn’t work hard on it, and imo people don’t realize or respect that enough. Same goes for Fmaily Guy.

I love that this review wasn't an April fools joke and an actual critique on both shows.

My understanding was that Mike Judge was a huge help for Matt and Trey when they were getting started and that's why the staff was portrayed as neutral as it was.  I think the KotH crew just kinda stuck to themselves when they were on the air.

Why can’t they understood that unity is what we need?

At this point Peter is more a nemesis to Bob than Jimmy Pesto

"South Park Fans aren't pretentious" Best Joke I've heard all day.

i understand the point matt and trey are making about the writing being ‘lazy’ but that doesn’t mean they don’t work hard either way. i think they’re so used to working 16 hr days for several weeks that they forget that it isn’t normal for shows to make an episode in 6 days. yeah, it can be done but it shouldn’t be the norm. i hope their animators are paid well for getting an episode done so quickly. shit’s probably exhausting.

Family guy has more beef with robot chicken for no reason than south park

When South Park was talking shit about Family Guy it kinda came off as a bit pretentious, but when Family Guy made jabs at Bob’s Burgers, it felt more like petty jealousy.

I'm glad everyone agrees that Bob's Burgers is the most. Unbothered. 😂 Absolute gem of a show
