I am constantly inspired by creativity and cheerful experimentation, keep posting

Glad to find your back posting Kirsten. Thanks for this, very interesting to watch. I hope your art school is working out for you and you can afford to keep going. I’m in New Zealand and I hope to finally be able to afford to pursue my art in earnest at 65. You tube did not notify me you were posting for some reason probably they choose what I see!

I hope all is well on your side of the pond, Kirsten. I came looking for your channel this morning as I was planning on playing with my Gelli plate today. I've always enjoyed your videos and your cheerfulness. But I see you have not been here in at least 8 months. I know life can certainly get in the way of our creative process, but I wanted you to know you're being missed... and very much appreciated. Blessings to you and your family. Selah

Oh my goodness Kirsten, I love how experimental you are!  This is bonkers and I love it! I'm not normally a fan of green but I particularly enjoyed the one you did with the palette knife .  The effects are so varied  depending on what medium and tools you use, quite incredible really.  And the world is your oyster for their application.  I'd so love to rummage through those books of yours.  Every page is full of wonder.  Thank you for giving me something fab to watch on a Saturday night darling 🙂 Love n hugs 🥰

I am so enjoying your new videos- such a treat to have you back during school break. You really do come up with inspiring new ideas. It is refreshing to see all your explorations. Your art books are spectacular, looking forward to seeing more ❤

Thank you, you encourage exploration and so clearly enjoy the process. I find myself smiling as I watch this, a common reaction to your videos. I will try this today.

My goodness this was a fun experiment! Your curiosity knows no bounds. I love it. If I were your neighbour, I'd be knocking on your door almost everyday to see if you want to play with paints.

Lately, I've been doing a deep dive into making binder with soy milk proteins. I use the binder with the earth and lake pigments I've accumlated over the years. Haven't tried it on the gel plate yet but you know that's going to happen. But first I'm going to make some skins with my homemade paints. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi Kirsty - I really love your videos and always learn a lot. You are so original and inventive and confident with colour. I hope you will show us collages made with these skins. I also make skins and pouring mediums are really expensive here so I use glue, and also a house paint product which is like paint without any pigment. It makes stronger skins that are easy to handle (it doesn't stick to itself) and can be cut with scissors. Thanks again for your videos!

Where have you gone?😢

Have you used the clear Elmer’s school glue? I have a huge bottle of it, I am hoping to use it for this.

Collage skins might sound a little squiffy, but you get some cool looks! ❤

I hope all is well with you. It has been quite a while since you've posted. I miss your videos.

Husband just said ‘Ah, it’s my friend Kirsten’ 😮 Should I be worried 😂😂😂
