HÖR AUF, DICH SELBST ZU ZERSTÖREN! -- K-TV Predigt vom 06.10.2026 (Pater Kilian)

Sometimes we treat ourselves—and others—far too harshly. We want to change, correct, mold, and make "better." But what if God doesn't need a hammer or chisel at all?
What if, in His eyes, you aren't an unfinished flaw that He has to somehow fix?
The dedication festival of St. James' Cathedral in Görlitz focuses on the image of "living stones": God is building a house from us. Every person is wanted by Him, unique, and gifted with their own grace.
Our task is not to force ourselves or others into a particular shape. It's about shedding what has accumulated around us—and allowing what God has already created within us to become ever more visible.
But this message is not an invitation to a cheap, feel-good religion. God's election means discipleship, humility, devotion, and the willingness to dedicate one's life to Christ.
A sermon about God's perspective on you—and how we can finally learn to see through His eyes.
🙏 "My Lord and my God, make me a priest according to Your Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary!"
