Original-design compact engine shed plus scratch-built water tank & pump house evoke the 87Precinct (Joe Works) atmosphere, delivering a dense, authentic scene in a small footprint (frame 450 × 300 × 70 mm / ≈17.7" × 11.8" × 2.8").
Built for real operation as a “small but serious” mini-pike.
