😁❤nice👍👍👍

9 hidden games, monthly free playable game, carts with some excellent options at a reasonable price point.  Not perfect but with 2 carts and whats onboard you can access 30 games at a time.  One thing would’ve been better would be changing port and battery rather than just the power option, but worked around that easy enough with a mod. Worthy for sure. 👍

They need a bigger cabinet in 2025....if they can build a more full size cab and give us the ability to switch out carts then that will be a homerun

Being able to connect is nice but they should’ve made them linkable. Imagine buying two or three of them linking them and playing together was linkable. I could see myself buying two of them.

Getting mine tomorrow.  Thanks for the video

You will love that they are doing SNK neogeo cart games soon for the mini arcade!

Seems okay for looks but I can't get over dealing with small screens and control panel. I have a few partycades with 17 inch screens that look great. My Defender 40th edition with awesome games is my favorite of the smaller designs. Going with anything smaller than 17 inches would push me to a handheld that could be connected to a large screen TV. My opinion of course. My first 1up was the little space invaders countercade with 7 inch screen. I love it for nostalgia but never actually play it. SIZE DOES MATTER for enjoyment. I've been busy so I got to this video a little late. Keep up the awesome videos, reviews and live streaming. I'll have to join in when you do Simpsons again (yes, I missed that one as well). I really enjoy watching your videos due to your personality and how I feel you're including/talking to us. Thank you and have a Happy Holidays.

Cool Capcom Countercade Barcade tabletop Cabinet. Looks good and nice selection of games. I am surprised they didn't design the Marque inserts better so there is no bending or loose inserts. Otherwise, very nice.

I wish microcenter would sell those diy Bartop Arcades featuring raspberry pi. I think they used to sell them 4 years ago and the artwork on them was nice. Not sure how much it costed

Congrats and way cool
And the cartridge library make is be able to run over a hundred games … legitimately.
I’d have picked the Mega Man as well.
Can’t wait to see the Shaq Jam build and play soon
Have a great Saturday PD7 👊🏻😎🕹️

The cartridge option is great for these!

Thanks for this, I have been looking at these.

I can't say much for the marquee, but I imagine at some point someone will have a mod for those.

Evercade is a pretty big name in the UK. There are something like 500 games in total for it. Only problem is only 100 of them are arcade. But since it can do most retro consoles (up to PS1) it make up for it for some folks.

One issue is as licensing comes and goes, the carts go out of production though.

But it definitely has my interest now thst I have seen it reviewed.

great video phil! i have the sf2 version but im opening that on christmas day. totally agree with you, this will be a great value for the money especially when the other carts come out

Great video Phil. Are you going to buy Evercade SNK Neo Geo carts for it when they start coming out?

Thanks for the review.  If you contact the company they would probably replace the marquees that were damaged.  They probably want to know that the packaging system has a flaw as well.

They also make this with Sanwa controls!!!  I got it and LOVE it

17:32 knights for the round has a 3 playermode special option in the settings before you start the game

Mmm knights of the round

Thanks Phil. This has been in my Amazon cart for awhile. After your review I think I will hold off for now.

They're not up to some of the quality of the cart/built in games (IMO) but there is 9 "hidden" games built in based on button presses and a secret codes section. You also get a monthly game with updates.

But I do agree with all your points on it and have the Megaman and home console. Im hoping the SNK deal for them means carts and not just another countertop (though that is cool too) because i was a little bummed the games were built in and not a cart i could use on my larger screen with my console evercade.

And online play would be great, but given the lack of an ethernet port, i could see issues arrise from that, especially with fighting games. Still the option would be nice. The console doesnt have ethernet cable either.

My knocks aside, its a scrappy little thing i adore and highly suggest the Duke Nukem 1+2 cart as it's an enhanced version of the original dos game and feels so much more playable to modern standards vs the original.
