I, too, had an existential crisis after listening to this song for the first time.   Also. I had been grieving my 15 year old daughter’s suicide for 5 years by then. Dimash’s  singing this song has helped me on my grief journey because the lyrics are similar to what my daughter tried to convey to me at times. Now I could finally understand how she felt and why she made her choice she to go. Still, now 6 years later, I carry the grief, but it’s changed. After I heard his song, I sensed something happening to me, but couldn’t explain it. I walked around in a daze for weeks wondering what happened. What finally happened is that I became healed enough to take a job in a children’s mental health hospital hoping to help other kids in crisis in memory and honor of my in incredible, beloved daughter.
As a side note, I met Dimash at his Budapest concert and told him this story and thanked him with all my heart. He was very compassionate, humble, understanding—a remarkable human being. With empathy he said, “Stay strong.”
Please react to Olympico, Ave Maria, and many more. His concerts are unbelievable with over 60 countries present. You must find a way to go to his next one yet to be announced.

As someone who has been music obsessed for my entire quite long life, I don't know if I could prove that Dimash is the greatest singer alive but I do know that he is the greatest I have ever encountered----and by far. I have been following him daily for the past 8 years since his video of this song from an appearance on a Chinese reality/talent show went viral and I can promise you that this performance---great as it is---is just the tip of a very large iceberg.

My sister feels Dimash pulled her out of a deep depression and brought her back to life and health.😊

You didn't know about him because Dimash is an independent artist who is not associated with music labels. The genre in which Dimash works is called a neoclassical crossover, he has an education as a classical (opera) singer, as well as a pop-jazz singer, a higher education - a composer, graduated with a master's degree and is now writing a doctoral dissertation. Dimash plays seven musical instruments and sings in 12 languages. He is amazing

Listening to Dimash is my coping mechanism.  I was fortunate to find him during some dark times in my life.  To say Dimash has changed my life is an understatement.  His singing has the ability to transform souls.

It's okay to cry when listening to Dimash.

I think he is great, as a human first - then as an artist. Just a genuine, loving person.❤

My marriage of 31 years ended just before the Covid lockdown, then I was made redundant. To say i was down in the dumps is an understatement but I also discovered Dimash on The Singer 2017 - his voice soothed my soul and lifted me out of my depression. Thank you Dimash !!!

Первый раз вижу, чтобы Пение  Димаша разбирали с точки зрения экзистенциального психического здоровья. Браво!!!

Dimash sings many genres from opera to rap and all wonderfully.   He sings in about 14 languages, from very low to D8.   His stage persona is second to none.   He dances, interacts with the audience, gets us all singing in harmony, plays about seven  instruments, composes, directs, models  too.     Plus he is respectful, intelligent, spiritual, patriotic and loving.   No scandals surrounding  him.  Still lives with his musical family in the Kazakh way.  Very  much the humanitarian.    His three hour concerts are mind blowing.  People come from 60-70 countries to see him, me included.   He is 30 now and continues to study,     Try Stranger from New Wave 2021.   It’s in English and like a film score  from Game of Thrones.   Thank you from the U.K.

Dimash is an independent artist, he does not depend on any label and he produces himself: this is why the world of show business ignores him. But he has millions of fans (whom he calls DEARS) all over the world, who follow him to the ends of the earth to attend his concerts which last more than 3 hours.

Dimash has the voice of healing. Keep watching all his videos.

At the end he was thanking the Slavic Bazaar competition (Belarus) which he won in 2015. Here he was invited back as a guest singer in 2018. In 2021 he was one of the judges.
You should hear him today over 6 years on from this performance! He’s loads better now, believe it or not! Dimash sings in 14 languages (lots in English, which he now speaks).
I think your next reaction should be Stranger at New Wave 2021, then you can hear his beautiful base register (as well as his soprano register), which he has developed as he has got older. Here he’s 23, he’s currently 30 years old and regularly gives 3 to 4 hour solo concerts all over the world to 40,000 people. His concerts are incredible! He’s a brilliant composer as well as being a multi-instrumentalist, a great actor, a model and he also produces some of his amazing music videos. His Mother and his Father and extended family are famous singers in Kazakhstan. His Mom was an opera singer and his father a pop singer. Dimash sings like both of them, but better! His father is also a renowned music producer. His 17 year old brother Mansur is attending music college, he’s an amazing guitarist/drummer and he sometimes accompanies his big brother on MV’s and at his concerts. Dimash was winning piano competitions at the age of 5 (he was also tuning pianos at that age, he has perfect pitch)! His younger sister Rauchan is also an amazing singer but she is at university studying to be a Medical Doctor, she doesn’t like the limelight, but there are a few videos of her singing on YouTube with Dimash and her Mom. Dimash sings in all genres, from Opera to Folk to Rap to Jazz to Rock and more!
Dimash has attended music college since the age of 5. He has two degrees in Classical Vocals and Contemporary Vocals. He has a Master’s in Composition where he received a perfect score for his song called War and Peace. He is coming to the end of his Doctorate in Musicology. He still has lessons with a vocal coach for 3-4 hours a day.
Dimash, THE greatest vocalist of ALL time!  Oh, and he’s an amazing, humble human being, and he calls his fans Dears, because we are so dear to him!
Thanks for the great reaction! Greetings from England!

Many of Dimash's songs encourage you to ask the deeper questions and his music videos tend to leave things open to interpretation like all great art does.
I know music is subjective but I've lived through all the greatest artists of the 80s till now and for me Dimash is the greatest of all time.
Not just because of his range, that's just a tiny part of it, his ability to switch genres and pull every emotion out of your soul is unrivalled and his stage presence and charisma (even off stage) is like something I've never seen before ever.
On stage he is hypnotizing, face to face people tend to lose the power of speech and state it's like staring into a bright light, that he has an aura that's mesmerising.

Be cafeful. You could get lost in his world. But don't worry, you'll be in good hands. Great reaction! Greetings from a dear from Serbia

Thank you for your wonderful reaction. I’ve been listening to this amazing young man for over 7 years. Back when I heard him singing this song for the first time, I was in a very dark place. After my husband of 39 years suddenly died, It was a struggle for me to even get out bed. I was just going through motions, of every day life. Then I heard Dimash sing this song. It was as if his amazing voice jumped started my heart. I could breathe again. So I have listened to him every day. Actually saw him, when he performed his first solo concert in New York City back in 2019. He is also a very kind, loving, compassionate young man who wants his music to help bring peace to this world. So please, continue to watch and listen to more songs sung by Dimash. Read up on Dimash’s life, it’s quite remarkable. Definitely the pride of Kazakhstan. 🎼🎶🎤 🇰🇿❤️

Welcome to the world of the best vocalist on earth ❤

I think you’re gonna need a whole new set of coping skills after Dimash.  He’s one in a billion.  I live in California and just got back from seeing him for the 6th and 7th time in Prague and then Germany.  He’s an amazing human and we love him.

You get it! I’ve had relief from anxiety because of Dimash for 8 years. He’s my savior!🤗🥰🙏🏼

Hes absolutely the best singer on the planet.
