Susie would undoubtably drive some form of monster truck called the "road buster"

Unlike the other crossover characters, Kris being mute would actually make sense.

If Berdly was a player, this wouldn't be just a race, but a special race, a race to see who's the smartest.

I’m not seeing any for Ralsei, so I may as well put a spin on it.
Sonic: “Hey, you doing okay there, buddy? You look like you’re spacing out.”
Ralsei: “O-oh, I’m fine! Just a little, uh, nervous. I’ll do my best, though!”
Tails: “So you’re a prince? Wow…I don’t know if I should bow or not!”
Ralsei: “Ahah, there’s no need for that! Treat me as you would anyone else, okay?”
Knuckles: “You look pretty frail. Probably won’t be hard to beat you.”
Ralsei: “I may look soft and fluffy…but I’ve endured worse than anything you could hit me with.”
Amy: “There’s something weird about you…maybe it had to do with my reading earlier?”
Ralsei: “Reading? Like…using cards to catch a glimpse of fate? Perhaps this world has its own prophecies…”
Big: “You look really soft…and your clothes remind me of Froggy!”
Ralsei: “Oh! Well, I’m glad I make you think of someone you like! Try to keep them in mind while we race, that might help!”
Cream & Cheese: “Hello there, Mr. Ralsei! It’s a pleasure to meet another member of royalty!”
Ralsei: “It’s lovely to meet you too, Cream! Gosh, you’re so polite…but wait, another member? You’re referring to Blaze, right?”
Shadow: “The so-called “Prince of Darkness”. I expected someone…more sinister looking.”
Ralsei: “Well, I’m not a bad prince. I just happen to be born of pure darkness! Sorry if my title gave you a bad impression. Allow me to wipe away any doubts you have about me!”
Rogue: “So you’re a prince, hm? Perhaps there’s some treasures in your castle? Gems? Gold? Do tell, I’m all ears…”
Ralsei: “S-sorry, but my castle has no treasures for you to steal. Unless you count its denizens…but I won’t let you take or harm any of them!”
Omega: “Ralsei. Prince of Darkness. Fluffy and cute. Assessment: Harmless. Ignoring.”
Ralsei: “Hey! I’ll have you know that I defeated a Titan with my friends. I’m anything but harmless. Perhaps a race will change your mind!”
Vector: “You’re a suspicious guy. Wonder what secrets you’re hiding…after this race, you’re coming with me!”
Ralsei: “I have no secrets to hide. If you find me suspicious, then, after this race, I’ll tell you all about myself. Then you’ll know I have the best intentions for everyone.”
Espio: “I sense a great torment weighing upon you, prince Ralsei. Perhaps some spiritual exercises will help quell your unease.”
Ralsei: “I appreciate your concern, but this burden is mine to bear. I’d rather that, than spread the pain to others…”
Charmy: “Ooh, ooh! Your scarf makes you look like some kinda superhero! Ralsei-man, defender of truth and justice!”
Ralsei: “I wouldn’t go as far as to call myself a super-hero, but…I’m glad you like my scarf!”
Jet: “You’re my opponent? Hah! You should go cry in the corner with the other B-listers!”
Ralsei: “I’m getting flashbacks to another bird I’ve met…”
Wave: “So if you’re here, that means your castle is probably unguarded, right?”
Ralsei: “Quite the opposite. The denizens there are capable fighters in their own right. Try anything, and I’m sure they’d have a few things to say about it.”
Storm: “Look at ya! Who’d ever wanna follow a prince like you? You and your pals should just go home cryin’!”
Ralsei: “Sorry, but, me and my friends aren’t going anywhere! As long as I have them, and they have me, I can hope for a better outcome!”
Silver: “You’re fighting against your world’s prophecy, right? You ever need a hand with that, I can help. Just reach out, okay?”
Ralsei: “You hold so much hope…you remind me of a friend of mine…and you’re right. I believe it can change! That there isn’t just one ending for us!”
Blaze: “So, you are the prince Cream told me about. I expect great things from you, Ralsei. Do not be afraid to put all of your skill into this race.”
Ralsei: “Such praise…I don’t know if I deserve it from you…but I’ll do all I can to earn it!”
Eggman: “So these “Dark Fountains” are sources of pure energy? Interesting…I’ll have to harness their power for my schemes!”
Ralsei: “You don’t know what you’ll bring on this world if you do that! I’ll stop your plans here and now, Dr. Eggman!”
Sage: “Your Dark Worlds are akin to Cyberspace in some ways, yet I cannot find the logic in their existence…”
Ralsei: “I’m afraid that they’re more complicated than that. A simple analysis like yours doesn’t even scratch the surface of their rules.”
Metal Sonic: “……”
Ralsei: “This cold, unfeeling presence…it reminds me of…them…”
Egg Pawn: “!~”
Ralsei: “Oh, um, hello there! You seem nicer than the other robots Dr. Eggman has! Would you like to be friends?”
Zazz: “Hahahah! Look at ya! You don’t even look like ya can hurt a fly! Imma enjoy POUNDIN’ ya into the dirt!”
Ralsei: “Your attitude reminds me of someone I hold dear…but unlike her, you’re not even remotely nice!”
Zavok: “A Prince of the dark, and yet, he is foolishly naive with his kindness. No wonder your subjects hold no respect for you. Abandon your heart. Show me your true essence.”
Ralsei: “…you don’t even know half of what I’ve endured. My kindness has helped me stay true to who I am…but that doesn’t mean I can’t fight for what I see is right. I won’t hold back on you!”
Sonic: “Hey, you doing okay there, buddy? You look like you’re spacing out.”
Ralsei: “O-oh, I’m fine! Just a little, uh, nervous. I’ll do my best, though!”

Kris Deltarune Rival Interactions:
Sonic: "Hey, uh, buddy? You're lookin' kinda stiff there. You sure you're up for a race? Try doing some stretches, alright?"
Kris: * You take a deep breath, and tell him to mind the road, not your posture.
Tails: "Hm... I've never seen a human like you around here. I'd like to take you to my lab later, if you don't mind...?"
Kris: * You slide your finger across your neck.
Knuckles: "...Not too talkative, huh? I can respect that. Even so, I won't go down easily!"
Kris: * You grin and boast about your racing record against Susie.
Amy: "Oh, so it was... you. I read my fate in the cards today, and I'm gonna use it to win!"
Kris: * You shudder and turn away.
Big: "Hello. Does your home have any good fishing spots?"
Kris: * Even though you really, really didn't want to, you tell him about the lake in Hometown.
Cream & Cheese: "Um... hello. Are you, um, a Mister or a Miss...?"
Kris: * You smile and tell her to just call you by your name.
Shadow: "You come from a "Dark World"? Then perhaps our origins may have more in common than you'd think..."
Kris: * You tell him that you're nothing alike.
Rouge: "Well, look at that black shard! Mind telling me where I can get one of those, darling?"
Kris: * You cough, and discretely hold your sword's hilt.
Omega: "WARNING. Human with high energy power source detected. Recommended course of action: DISMANTLE."
Kris: * You wish Susie was with you right now...
Vector: "A kid with a sword? Very suspicious... Where are your parents?!"
Kris: * You chuckle and tell him your dad is the police chief.
Espio: "... I sense a disturbance in your spirit... no, your very soul. Perhaps, after this race, we could try some of my spiritual exercises..."
Kris: * You refuse the offer.
Charmy: "Whoaah, you're freaky! But you can't catch me! I'll beat this race in a flash, nyeh-nyeh!"
Kris: * You point behind him and say there's a white dog behind him.
Jet: "Hah, I know why you'd wanna get in my way! You're jealous, aren't you?"
Kris: * You feel a familiar, cold rush of wind.
Wave: "Another rookie racer... Don't even bother. You'll be the third to the finish line, at best!"
Kris: * You tell her that you're gonna try to bump her off the track.
Storm: "You ain't EVER tangled with the Babylon Rogues! We're gonna win the praise, the glory, the SUPERIORITY!"
Kris: * You tell him to be honest with his feelings.
Silver: "Your world... Sonic told me about it. You have a prophecy to fight. Let me help you, fighting fate is my specialty!"
Kris: * You cross your arms and tell him it's no use.
Blaze: "I don't mind seeing more visitors from other worlds. It gives the competition some air of prestige."
Kris: * You tell her that she doesn't hold a candle to the Prince of Castle Town.
Eggman: "Interesting... by my readings, I sense you're almost hollow. After this race, I'll crack you open to see what's inside you!"
Kris: * You called for help... But nobody came.
Sage: "My readings about your dimension are incomplete. I will not rest until I know everything. It is in your best interest to collaborate."
Kris: * You tried to say something, but bit your tongue accidentally.
Metal Sonic: ".......?"
Kris: * It doesn't seem much for conversation. No one is happy about this.
Egg Pawn: "......!!"
Kris: * You point your finger at the robot and get ready to ACT!
Zazz: "HAHAHAHAHA, another racer to crush and DESTROY! ...Hey, I'm talkin' to you. LOOK AT ME WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU!"
Kris: * You take a piece of chalk from your pocket and give it a nibble.
Zavok: "What are you, a knight of some sort? Pathetic. Bring your lord over, and then I'll have a TRUE challenge!"
Kris: * You laugh for a whole minute.
Sonic: "Hey, uh, buddy? You're lookin' kinda stiff there. You sure you're up for a race? Try doing some stretches, alright?"

Lancer: Ohoho! A fellow blue and round boy! What a nice surprise! But I'm bluer and rounder then you will ever hope to be!
Sonic: That's probably one of THE strangest boasts I've ever heard. Don't care though, I'll beat you anyway!
Lancer: Hey, Marvelous Flying Boy! Tuck your tails in before you get heftily hurt by my majestic Lancer Swerve!
Tails: You're the one bouncing around in your seat! I should be saying that to YOU!
Lancer: A large red beast with tusslesome muscles and a hurtsome attitude! You remind me of a fellow Evil-Teacherette of mine!
Knuckles: Evil Teacherette? How do you know I teamed up with Eggman?! That's not funny! I don't bend the knee to threats, spade-face!
Lancer: A pinkest poodle joins the fray! Tell me what magics and dope tricks you have under your sleeve, hammer-hawking Susie-wannabe!
Amy: The more you talk, the less I understand you... but I don't need to know that to beat you, I guess!
Big: Would you like to play with me and Froggy after this race?
Lancer: Oho? You invite me to... Croak with the Bad Bros? Yes yes! I'd be extravagantly delighted!
Cream 'n' Cheese: You don't look like a kid at all! In fact, you look more like a... I don't even tell what you look like! Is that clothes or body?
Lancer: Inquisition will get you nowheresville! Meanwhile, I shall win against you, child against child, and win the titular title of World's Kiddliest Kid!
Shadow: You have no right to call yourself a being made of darkness. You're ridiculous.
Lancer: Riddick me, shake me, hatch me from an egg! I'll beat you, and then drink a keg (juice)!
Rouge: As a prince, could you maybe afford to send some riches my way? My pockets are awfully empty at the moment...
Lancer: An empty pocket is a sad and lonely pocket! A Lancer Tip to you, fill your pockets with sweet meats, sour cheeses, and just maybe, a lovable Lancer!
Omega: Status report: Strange kid. Physiology: Darkner. Assessment: Non-threat.
Lancer: Non-threat? I think you may be in a lacking of the informational! I'll have you know I've mastered the art of setting my bike on fire, and doing very sickly reverse-wheelies!
Vector: I'm gonna dribble you like a basketball, little freak!
Lancer: Oohoo! Please do! It gives my speed such sweet strongness! With it the race is decided with a Lanceslide victory! I'll skid and slide to first place, leaving you in the unbreathable dusts!
Espio: What?! A ridiculous sort like you... you have no tact! Leave this race... or I will make you.
Lancer: Tact? I don't need tact! All I need is act! And for this act, I choose to Lancer like I always have!
Lancer: Wowies! A winged wild child! Fun fun! When your kart smashes into miniscule pick up-able pieces, you can fly away from it really fast!
Charmy: I'm not gonna fly away! And you aren't making my kart blow up! Rrgh, I'll beat you and prove it!
Jet: This guy's the definition of lose! Even in my wildest of dreams, I'd never lose to you!
Lancer: I'm no loser or snoozer, large chicken! My kart is fueled with victory, and your kart is fueled with hickory!
Storm: What luck, this one's the biggest bozo of the bunch. Get off the road before it's too late, twerp!
Lancer: The bozo is you, and the twerp isn't me! But if twerp I be, twerp is what you see at the finish line!
Wave: This guy's the most un-decked out guy ever. You look like you're wearing pajamas or something! After the race maybe you can get some sweet mechanical gear... at a pity discount.
Lancer: I don't need mechanicals and whirlygigs! I've already had a precious purchase of a singular girl-dad! She's more decked out than you and your non-pajamas!
Silver: Never seen you before. But do you think you'll see tommorow, spade?
Lancer: Oohoo, I will! In the prophecy I be, and I play the important role of Lancer!
Blaze: Whatever you are, I'll burn you up and spit you back out! Don't test me.
Lancer: Oho, the cat is on fire again! Do you too know the beautiful technique of bicycular arsonage?
Lancer: Oh no! A scary dad-like is coming for revenge! Is there room in the Castle Cage? We'll have to make some for that mustache!
Eggman: Oh no you don't! The marvelous Doctor Eggman is cage-free, boy! It's not gonna hold me for long...
Lancer: A smaller, lesser girl-not-dad... ooh, it makes me head do a hurting! I need to take a digging break after this one!
Sage: Your words are strange and illogical. As is your existance... you will be eliminated thusly.
Metal Sonic: . . . . . ?
Lancer: So many computers, and none that drink fun age-appropriate battery acid! Get your own gimmicks!
Egg Pawn: . . . . . !!
Lancer: A fun-looking toy for all to enjoy! Let me put you back on the shelf!
Zazz: I'll mop the floor with you, pinhead! Zetis beat darkners any day and every day!
Lancer: Oho, spunky man of rocking and rolling around! But nothing's greater than the warm glass of milk that is me!
Lancer: Exciting, a rare Red Dad! I'll put you in the cage and brag about it to my purple friend!
Zavok: What a pity that those bragging rights will escape you. You will lose, to the superiority of Zavok!
Sonic: That's probably one of THE strangest boasts I've ever heard. Don't care though, I'll beat you anyway!
Lancer: Hey, Marvelous Flying Boy! Tuck your tails in before you get heftily hurt by my majestic Lancer Swerve!
