TBF If anyone was in Gregory's place being killed by killer animatronics, if given a chance to stop them from attacking you...I'm pretty sure many would destroy the animatronics like Gregory would have. The only reason the FNAF Night Guards didn't is because they are legitimately hired workers for the business, and if they even attacked the machines they would lose their pay and get fired. Gregory has none of that holding him back.
