I will NEVER forget this case. Here I am. Yrs since this

Unbelievable that any human could do this to a child never mind their own babies. Evil does exist.

This is the most horrifying part in this case.

That Watts would so callously dispose of his own children, hoping they were never found, never at rest, it's just profoundly disturbing.

He really did see them as inconvenient objects to be disposed of like trash.

How can his mother not be devastated for her grandchildren's bodies in petro tanks?????????

For me, his family is as bad as him.
My mom will never support me doing this to her grandkids.
No way.

I still can't believe he did that!! That is so cruel and brutal! He never did love those girls

Some crimes, even the death penalty, is not enough punishment. They should have fed him to the prison yard.

While the details are graphic and disturbing I think the way you speak about it is respectful and always portrays that the victims were people and worth remembering

How completely and unconditionally children love their parents! To think about how callously he did this to his daughters, my heart just breaks for them!

The whole Watts family are without empathy & remorse. It's strange for all of them to not care.  After all this time this horrific crime it beyond comprehension

A child's death is hard in any situation but by someone who was your own parent and who was supposed to protect you is the worst.

You wouldn't even be this cruel to your dog, it's just unthinkable. These babies are his own blood

He knew no one could open those tanks to search for a body. He planned to come back later and cut SW up and put her in there too.

This was a difficult topic to cover and you did so with a sensitivity to the victims. Thank you Nick.

Thank you for your tender coverage, TCRS,  this should never be allowed to be forgotten. CW deserves to be in solitary confinement for the rest of his life😢

the kids were young enough that it was most likely fairly easy to disarticulate the major joints and contort the shoulders and hips to push them through the opening. removing them and exposure to the chemicals and oil resulted in severe skin degradation and slippage. what a horrible fate for the children.

His work truck had a tracker on it so the company would know where their employees were.  That's probably why he went to the job site to dump the bodies.

My son, runs oil wells, there has been times I will run them for him. Each time I do it, I can’t help but think, how could Chris shove his kids into that hole 😞

What a hollow man ! Just gross what he did 😢RIP Shannan and little ones

The convo bettwen Chris mother and him in jail is the most deranged fantastical batshit thing ive ever heard
