Hey, I forgot to mention Sonic Prime’s Crystal Transformation but let me know where would you rank it!

fun fact: for some reason, Hyper sonic can breathe under the water, or the drowning timer won't happen until you're no longer in hyper form, which all the other forms can't really do that.

10%: Transformations
90%: Goddamn wisps

I'd like to mention that Darkspine Sonic is canonically said to be an incomplete transformation

Remember that Hyper Sonic not only is better than Super Sonic, but Hyper Sonic doesn't need the super emeralds to be in his direct possession (he leaves them on the pedestals on Angel Island even while fighting Eggman in space), while Super Sonic needs to have the chaos emeralds with him (which is shown to be a weakness, like how knuckles stole the emeralds from sonic in sonic 3 because all super sonic needed to do is drop the emeralds to lose his form).

12:48 so what I'm hearing is, Erazor theoretically had the power to wish Sonic's death, but Darkspine Sonic, thriving off negativity still won. Ergo, Sonic was LITERALLY too angry to die.😅

Darkspine sonic is super underrated

Fun fact: The newest transformation he got in Frontiers is called Super Sonic 2 in the files.

Dark sonic is basically fleetway but nerfed and with control, he's extremely violent towards his opponents but he does know not to attack the ones he loves and i say nerfed because at the time he wasn't using the actual emeralds

For whatever reason i always had this headcanon that (although not canon) Dark Sonic is Just Regular Super Sonic but ruthless, which means, they are equal in strenght and power but Super Sonic has Sonic Controlling the form perfectly while Dark Sonic acts more violently since he's acting with negative emotions, otherwise they are just the same

The Wisp powers in a nutshell are essentially bonus similar to the ones you get from item boxes like the shields or extra rings.

Sonic goated fr

Hyper Sonic hasn't returned as a narrative decision. Hyper Sonic is just a better Super Sonic, so it would literally just be the same as a Super Sonic boss, but with Hyper Sonic. Also, power creep plays a huge part in it too. Excalibur Sonic and Darkspine Sonic exist because they are unique and can do things that Super Sonic can't.

1:34 The secret side of me
I never let you see
I keep it caged, but I can't control it
So stay away from me
The beast is ugly
I feel the rage, and I just can't hold it
It's scratching on the walls
In the closet, in the halls
It comes awake, and I can't control it
Hiding under the bed
In my body, in my head
Why won't somebody come and save me from this?
Make it end
I feel it deep within
It's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I hate what I've become
The nightmare's just begun
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
My secret side I keep
Hid under lock and key
I keep it caged, but I can't control it
'Cause if I let him out
He'll tear me up, break me down
Why won't somebody come and save me from this?
Make it end
I feel it deep within
It's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I hate what I've become
The nightmare's just begun
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I feel it deep within
It's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
It's hiding in the dark
It's teeth are razor sharp
There's no escape for me, it wants my soul, it wants my heart
No one can hear me scream
Maybe it's just a dream
Maybe it's inside of me
Stop this monster
I feel it deep within
It's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I hate what I've become
The nightmare's just begun
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I feel it deep within
It's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I'm gonna lose control
It's something radical
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
I, I feel like a monster
