I just can't take this seriously, I keep hearing 'clowns' and imagining an infinite number of clowns cloning themselves and attempting to escape a prison xD

What a twisted game. It is almost possible to win, but still impossible. A game where you always think you have almost won, but can never quite do it, so cruel.

You can't even do it in an infinite amount of moves. The leftmost column and bottom row will only have two clones each at any point, since the only way to let one occupy a space is to split one directly below / left of it respectively. So you'll never be able to use the full potential of the board.

It took me a while to realize it was clones, not clowns. I kept thinking about why we want to free the clowns. Shouldn't they be kept up in the circus?
