We hope you understand why we didn't do an April Fools vid this year when this was in the pipeline

It should’ve been obvious that Bo Callahan has character concerns when his agent is Diddy

You just described why this movie is actually the most accurate football movie ever.  It's about the Browns royally fucking things up at every turn, yet still parading around thinking they've outsmarted everyone else in the League.

Most unrealistic part is Wisconsin producing a 1st round QB

I would say a professional gm being this incredibly bad at his job was unrealistic but Nico Harrison has permanently changed what can be considered too stupid for reality

The most unrealistic thing about this movie is it depicts players actually wanting to play for the Browns, like that running back dude.

After this video, I am now convinced this movie IS realistic, because this is something the Browns would do in the mid 2010's

As a Seahawks fan I find it hilarious that this movie portrayed Seattle as having the 1st overall pick even though, in real life, they won a Super Bowl 2 months before the movie was released 😂

Nico Harrison is basically the real life Sonny Weaver Jr

I find it hilarious that the original Browns moved to Baltimore and got good, and the baseball Browns moved to Baltimore and also got good

It's why the movie ends after the draft. We all know, after the season starts, the Browns would have went 6-10, then followed it up with a 4-12 season, and Costner would have been fired.

I just watched Draft Day the other day and heres the list of the gripes and problems I had (lmk if I missed any, it’s a long but good read)
1. Seahawks having the first overall pick and saying their QB is good (they drafted the QB anyways)
2. The Seahawks won the SB irl in 2013 and this is the 2014 draft, they could have chose a different team like the raiders or jags to have the first pick
3. Seahawks waiting 12 hrs before the draft to trade the 1st pick
4. The Seahawks traded 1st pick and received 7th overall, 2015 1st, 2016 1st
5. Vonte Mack being a MLB and having 4 sacks FF and a TD in 3 quarters of play
6. Why did Vontae Mack blitz so much
7. Why was Vontae Mack coming off the edge as a MLB
8. Vonte Mack being a MLB getting drafted 1st overall
9. Trading up for the first pick for a guy you could have traded down from 7 to 14 to get
10. Diddy
11. Bo Callahan is a dick I get that but the projected 1st overall pick would definitely have at least 1 teammate at his birthday party
12. Old Woman having Twitter
13. Sonny Weaver Jr. being confused on why the trade for the 1st overall pick was reported so quickly
14. Not a problem but Young Alex Mack was spotted multiple times
15. The scouts hitting on college girls on the Bo Callahan website
16. No one besides Ali does anything…no wonder why the Browns suck
17. Sticking with Brian Drew coming off an injury and giving him a pay rise (he’s basically dolphins Ryan Tannehill)
18. Brian Drew definitely took roids or some type of supplement, how tf can he throw 15 yards further and get that much stronger coming off a season ending knee injury in Week 7 (he probably shouldn’t be walking)
19. The Cowboys winning a Super Bowl
20. The Bills trying to trade for the 1st pick 3 hrs before the draft
21. Sonny mad that the good Bills RB isn’t good at pass pro
22. Vontae Mack had 4 sacks in a game, did no one think to block him…he’s not even an EDGE
23. Why would Rich eisen ask the owner who they would draft (the owner is not making the draft choice)
24. Why is the owner doing a draft interview in the first place
25. Spreading the ashes on draft day knowing damn well her son is an NFL GM and it’s probably the most stressful day of the year for that job (it could wait a day)
26. Sonny Weaver and Ali hooking up
27. Sonny drafting Vonte Mack without consulting the scouts and all the people you pay to do draft stuff
28. Roger Goodell not getting boo’ed
29. Rich eisen talking about the Browns not sending the pick in time
30. Why is the owner with the Jersey, no owner does that
31. Jags GM being flustered about the picks happening even though earlier it was said that they were expected picks made by those teams…why was the jags GM so shocked
32. 3 years of 2nd round picks for the 6th overall pick
33. Jags logos not being correct (some are updated some aren’t)
34. Drafting a MLB and a RB in the first round
35. Denver has All pro qb but are picking 5th overall
36. Seahawks not knowing about the Browns trade up
37. The Seahawks traded for the 6th pick and traded 7th overall, 2015 1st, 2016 1st and Davis Putney back
38. Browns traded up just to trade down again
39. Browns fans chanting Super Bowl (they are delusional)
40. Ali being pregnant
41. Why is Rick watching them make out
42. 16-0 dream big sign
43. Browns basically traded 2014 2nd, 2015 2nd, and 2016 2nd for MLB at 1st overall (Vonte Mack), a punt returner and a RB at 7th overall (Ray Jennings Jr.)
44. The Seahawks pretty much traded their punt returner to move down from 1 to 6 and have nothing else to show for it

1:11 I don’t remember who described so accurate Trent Richardson “If you need 1 yard Trent is gonna give you 3, if you need 5 Trent is gonna give you 3”

This movie wasn’t made for actual NFL fans.

draft Day 2: we find out what happened to the players involved.

Brian Drew: fails a drug test in week 5 suspended dor a year,  when it comes back destroys his knee in Week 1, never throws another pass.

Vontae Mack- never catches on to the schemes, after 2 years of mediocrity, is traded to New England for a 5th where Bill Belichick's dark magic turns him into an All-Pro.

Ray Jennings-  after a solid rookie campaign, he suffers through 2 years of nagging injuries, and is released. He then fills the role of a #2 RB change of pace option as a solid if unspectacular journeyman.

David Putney- released in training camp, whereupon he is immediately signed by the Jaguars and make the All-Pro as speicial teams player

jacksonville drafts a couple of decent options with those 2nd picks, they make a couple of 9-7 runs and exit iin the first round before sliding back down.

Bo Callahan- wins 3 rings in a decade before the Diddy allegations nerfs him.

It took nearly six months before the jags realized they were filming a movie

Imagine if this movie would have been set 5 years earlier. They would have just traded up to pay an outside tweener linebacker $72 million dollars or more at #1

The one part of this ringing true is the talk on how you can't always be sure who will work as "Ryan Leaf was picked at number two and Tom Brady was 199."

And thats football

The biggest plot hole is that Seattle didn’t have to do anything but let clock run out and turn their card in and pick bo without giving up anything
