a breakup is still a breakup, your feelings and your body will still react. it’s okay to feel like this tara. 💓

We love you Tara, thanks for being honest and humorous at the same time ❤️😭

Breakups are bipolar. Some days you'll feel great but other days you'll feel like shit. Keep going Tara you got this, whatever you're feeling just allow yourself to feel and heal 💕

so happy that my starbs order stuck with you🙈

as a person who recently went through a break up I can give you a tip that helped me the most - focus on yourself. Focus on your friends, your hobby, your workout routine or whatever brings a smile to your face.

Not me watching tara as my comfort channel cause my bf broke up with me and my fyp is just tara Tbh tara tysm for posting and you comfort me in so manny ways even though ive never met you irl i honestly dont think id be Yk happy if  never scrolled across your channel ilu bestieee<3

this video feels like it came out yesterday wtf

Not the scream she did in her car😭😭i felt that fr

I think that it is so amazing that you and Jake will remain friends, I am just wondering if it will be harder to … heal if there is not space? I think it would be really tough to still see the person regularly but with different terms, and no space in between to process, grieve and heal. It sounds like you are doing amazing Tara :-) Super healthy process, and thank you for your vulnerability

nightmares is so real.. i hate when it happens it just shifts the theme for the rest of the day

In my opinion, i don’t think you could ever 100% heal from a “break up” if you’re always around your ex.
Most of the times, you try to completely block out the other person to move on.
Kind of hard to move on when they’re always around, especially if you still love them.

your outlook on things like a breakup and just life generally seems so healthy and gives me so much hope for myself

me and my ex broke up exactly a month ago and yesterday he decided we wanted to go no contact after we decided to stay friends. it hurts really bad not talking to him at all and this video honestly made me feel so much better

I love when Tara takes us shopping with her, or just even talking to us, it's so comforting

i’m going through a breakup right now too (literally 3 weeks ago) and i totally relate to this video. like some days i’m pretty much done and some days it’s like i just cannot function at all. even throughout the day it’s different. i’ll break down doing random tasks when i thought i was fine and ugh

i hope u know it’s ok to not stay besties right after the breakup as well, obviously do whatever feels comfy to y’all but having some space to heal from the romantic love and come back as friends so maybe it doesn’t feel as sad and confusing is okay, cuz i know lines can be blurred when you’re trying to stay friends w an ex! we support y’all no matter what as long as you’re happy and safe :) also i love what you said about backup cameras on cars, on both cars i’ve had in my life i didn’t have a backup camera or any parking/driving assistance features and it’s SOOO beneficial and actually easy to learn how to use your mirrors to backup, parallel park, etc. people really complicate it for no reason but once you get the hang of it you feel like a god 😂😂

I love how real Tara is

I've been feeling just like this these past two months and I've never felt more useless in my life constantly going from feeling great to drowning in tears each second. I appreciate how real this video is, it's good to know it's not just me feeling like this and I appreciate your efforts to show people how you've really been feeling cuz it's so easy to just hide it all but so hard to let others see your vulnerability. Better times will definitely come and ik it's hard to ignore what others may say, but at the end of the day people gon say what they want, as long as yk your truth none of the rest matters, ily Tara and thx sm again for just being so genuinely you 🖤🖤
