I try to encourage good gossip like “ooh, did you see what she got on? She looks amazing 🤩 “ I feel like it discourages negative people from starting with their venomous crap.

For the longest time I believed bullying looked like in all those Disney Channel sitcoms. I realised that one girl didn't like me when she would view all my instagram relations but never liked any. And I wouldn't care if it wasn't on top of her btchy tone, interrupting me middle sentence, giving me (not so)subtle side eye when I was talking about something I was looking forward to and trying to isolate me from the rest of the group. She's one of those people who get pissy when they can't control you and I'm 100% sure she would try to bully me if we knew each other as kids.

Yea realizing how hard it is for women to make genuine connection and friends is something that suprised me as I got older.

Catching those side eyes be wild😢 you looking and feeling your best. Look around and see who rolling their eyes or looking strange in the face

Anytime someone is "competing" with you, they're jealous and are definitely not your friend.  This happens mostly sadlly in family too, which is worse! 💯%

My best friend of 26 years secretly hated me the whole time. It took me a loooooong time to pick up on the BS and realize how cruel she really was, but I finally ended that friendship last year and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. It definitely opened my eyes to how much crap I put up with while I was friends with her.

When I passed a promotional exam and she didn’t , the weird comments started. Comparing herself up against me, associating with people who she knows didn’t like me that she also claimed not to like . The energy will always tell you first but I tried ignoring it until I couldn’t.
