1) in my personal opinion, i believe the most powerful change AI could make in medicine would have to be diagnosis, as being able to quickly diagnose would save alot of time in preventing major diseases, and it would also remove pressure of NHS services such as 111 and possibly A and E,  decreasing waiting times and improving patient outcomes. Diagnosis would also be available 24/7, whereas NHS appointments are available at a fixed time at a certain point in a month, and studies have shown that AI is increasingly able to detect and diagnose diseases accurately in comparison to doctors

2) The influence that I see AI having in medicine, is that it significantly reduces administrative work, allowing doctors to spend more time talking to patients and helping treating them, allowing them to focus more of their time towards the patient rather than noting things down, and making the patient feel actually listened to , in turn leading to a better outcome, and causing a better patient doctor relationship

3) In my opinion, I find data confidentiality to be the most worrying use of AI in medicine, as relying heavily on AI to process information could pose significant threats from malware,  the internet is constantly evolving and people are developing new kinds of software to breach hospital systems, and this could put countless of people at risk of their personal information being leaked, which could cause patients to loose trust in their doctors, causing the complete deteriroation of the patient doctor relationship if the patient withholds crucial information about their healthcare, if they believe that it is not being safely and securely kept
