My girlfriend just passed her motorcycle test – and only two weeks later, we're off on a nine-day motorcycle tour through Romania! 🇷🇴🏍️

Without her own motorcycle, she's renting one and heading straight into the Romanian Carpathians. Was that a good idea? 😅

Our motorcycle trip through Romania promises breathtaking mountain roads, spectacular landscapes, Dracula's legendary castle, the famous Transfăgărășan Highway, and even wild bears right on the road! 🐻

But not everything goes according to plan: My girlfriend crashes her motorcycle on the second day of riding in Romania, and my recently dislocated shoulder doesn't exactly make the tour any easier. Add to that exciting off-road experiences, an Africa Twin with DCT automatic transmission, and plenty of adventures.

We also visit a bear sanctuary where we adopt a rescued bear. ❤️
Is Romania the right country for beginner motorcyclists? And how does the Honda Africa Twin compare to my BMW GS? Find out in this video!
