And a special thanks to all of my Patreon supporters not mentioned here!🙏

Made about 15 clockwise turns and truss rod snapped off and punctured my skull, doctors said it should stay there.

I swear every how to video you produce has made me more confident about working on my own guitars. So direct to the point and spoken clearly great video rob 🤘🏼

What a perfect, concise, and to-the-point demonstration on something that I bet 95% of the guitarists out there have no idea about. Solid as always, Rob 🤘🏻

The 1-17-12 check. Total game changer.

The truss rod to adjust action rather than the bridge tip is spot on. Wasted too many hours screwing bridge height when the whole thing was just out of wack and needed adjustments.

Thank you for making it SUPER CLEAR which way to turn the truss rod. I thought I'd have to remove the strings to remove the cover as well.  Actually, using the test you show at 4:30, I've realized I don't need to adjust the truss rod yet. Thanks again.

I've been playing for 2 years and I always do my own maintenance, thank you for sharing tutorials. Also I realized I don't need fancy tools, I just eye ball everything now, and my guitar plays well, just to my liking! :)

I had major fret buzz on my lower frets and put off adjusting my guitar for months due to fear of messing something up. This video made the process seem like a breeze and I was able to adjust quickly with no issues. Thanks a bunch!

My fav LTDs are the "handwritten" style old logo, hell yessss

I know how to do all of this, but I always watch to show my support. Thanks Rob!!!

your guitar setup tutorials are just amazing. Straight to the point with no fancy equipment required. I really had a hard time figuring out truss rods adjustments when I started learning the guitar because all the tutorials I could find required rulers and loosening the strings, not to mention how they make adjusting the truss rod sound too terrifying because of how often they mention 'breaking your guitar'. It took me years to collect enough courage to do more than just one turn to finally set the neck up correctly. Thank you so much!

this helped calm me down a lot for my first trustrod adjustment ! now it plays well man, thank you

Would've never imagined that my favorite guitarist would also be the guy that teaches me everything i know about doing tech work to the guitars i try to emulate his sound on.😅

I have seen necks on acustics, where they bow down and then back up at the 3rd to 4th fret.

You saved me money! I was going to take mine to a shop. Also RIP Trevor Strnad

Love your riffs since my teen years and your educational videos are easy and well explained thanks

Man I love the Viper so much damn. That is so nice I am so jelly broski.

Damn that thing is a beast.

Dude, what a great, thorough and easy to understand video. I've been playing for a long time and the truss rod has always been something that has been a mystery to me and all instructional things I've ever read or watched have made it sound so much more complicated that by the time I was done I barely knew the difference between clockwise and counterclockwise. Your presentation is so helpful .Thank you and great job!! 👍
