Fitting a sleeve head is (I think) the hardest part of a garment to get right.

You need to think about the armhole, sleeve circumference, sleeve head height and width, shoulder slope. There's a lot to think about.
In this tutorial I show you all the basics you need to understand to get your sleeve fitting perfectly.
It's easier to adjust patterns like this with no seam allowance - so my patterns in this tutorial don't have one.
I've purposefully not included chapters for this tutorial, even though it's long, as I really think it's best to watch it the whole way through so you don't miss anything important.
