I did a local camp last Friday night. I have a busy life, so took the chance of a night being left unsupervised! Chilled out, relaxed, read my book and slept like a log. Love it. Keep the videos coming, love the tone and content.

Local camping is great, especially for trying out new things. My only motocamp was 10 minutes from home last year. Collapsible, quick-drying and lightweight is a great way to go, too. Titanium chopsticks are a must! There aren't many things I'd rather eat with a fork and knife these days. 😅 And that stretch to put the puck in! No way I could do that.

Nothing wrong with solo moto-camping locally Gary, I often do it. Any new bit of kit I buy, tent, sleep system addition, cook system etc. I head to my nearest campsite to try it out! I'm in Norfolk too, my local site is 15 minutes ride up the road but as I live in a bungalow with a courtyard garden it makes sense to go to somewhere close to test gear out. If there's a problem I'd sooner find out 15 minutes from home rather than 200 miles away. 🤣

I’ve got the Galaxy 300 tent, perfect size for one doing a bit of moto camping, and I also have a new tiger 900 Rally Pro a few months ago. Unfortunately I’m missing this season as Op was brought forward by six month had to cancel our Norway trip, had bilateral knee replacement, so can only watch and wish this year

Hi Gary, great video as always. Funny enough I’m only up the road from you and sometimes do local camps myself. You should try Reedham ferry campsite. its reasonably priced, a decent ride there and have a nice pub on site 👍
