Thanks for the auntie status 👑 and sorry I’m married 😉

C/P is cup per portion (aka serving). Haiyaaaaa

For those who are curious, it took Uncle Roger 39 seconds to mention Jamie Oliver.

"Terrorist Jamie" got me. 😂 😅

It's a rare treat to see Uncle Roger so impressed. His only complaint was having too little to complain about.

Pailin is a trained chef and a former teacher, hence why she explains things so thoroughly that you have no questions left at the end of her videos. She is the reason I know how to cook Thai food and why I grow Thai ingredients in my garden. Canada is lucky to have her here.

C/P is not just for cup but "Cup / (per) Portion" haiyaaaa

8:57  His only complaint... was that he had nothing to complain about.

Pailin and Maangchi are Asian cuisine queens. I like that Jamie has been upgraded to Food Terrorist. 😂

As a Thai person, Pailin always gets it right. Her recipes are traditional yet easy to follow. She stays true to the original flavors and never adds unnecessary fancy ingredients. I absolutely love her!

About time Pailin got a shout out. Love her recipes.

The Uncle Roger rating system has now officially surpassed the Michelin system as the most well established and accurate chef rating system commonly accepted by food connoisseurs around the world

When it comes to Thai food, I always go directly to Pailin's Kitchen for recipes and to see her process. She's the best out there, in my opinion

In Thai language, Pailin means Sapphire Gem or Jewel.
She's the one of our gems of perfect Thai food for a worldwide cooking channel.

Pailin's one of my favorite cooking channels. She even has guides on how to shop for ingredients. She is married, though (sorry, Uncle Roger) but doesn't cook with her wedding ring on, because she knows you shouldn't do that! Definitely a true auntie.

Please review more of her videos, she is obviously a pro and very nice to see her cooking confidence.

Pailin is the most authenthic English-speaking Thai cooking channel you can get on Youtube because she's native Thai and a trained chef. Her Thai cooking tips and advices are also very good even for myself who is a Thai living in Thailand. I especially like it when she reccommend alternative ingredients for some particular dishes since it can be difficult for people living abroad to find the exact same ingrendients for the recipe. This is valuable not only to foreigners but also Thai people living abroad because her recommendations still stay true to the overall essence of that dish even if the ingredients are not the same, thanks to her chef background. I wish that I found her ten years ago when I was a high school exchange student in the US. Even though I could cook, it was still very challenging as I was living in a very small town and did not have access to the same ingredients as in Thailand. It was also very difficult when I didn't know what would be a good alternatives as I was trying to recreate the same flavour that I grew up with in order to cure my homesickness. So, yes Pailin is a GOAT and a gem in authenthic Thai cooking on Youtube. I highly recommend.

As a Thai who’s worked in restaurants and had the chance to meet her, I can say she’s such a lovely person! Her channel and videos truly spread the love for Thai food worldwide. I’d love to see more reviews of her content!

That Fuiyoh at 6:57, you can tell that Uncle Roger is really impressed on Auntie Pailin's preparedness.
