The fifth installment of "Oji Maintenance" is Barbour reproofing and repair.

*Reproofing...Barbour jackets that have been worn for many years or have lost their wax due to friction in areas that are prone to rubbing, such as elbows and hems, are rewaxed by applying waterproof wax again to restore their functionality.

This time, we visited British wax-jacket market, which has a store in Zushi, Kanagawa in collaboration with Tsubo Walk. We decided to have Ogi-chan & Camera Otsubo's worn Barbour reproofed and maintained.

First, we visited the store and said hello to Yuta Yamagishi. We went up to the second floor, and although it's rare... If you're on the train, you'll find Otsubo's "NORTHUMBRIA" where not only no one will approach you, but the number of people in the car will decrease, and Ogi-chan's "Beaufort" where the wax has worn off and there's dirt around the hand warmer pockets.
