Mk 7 GLI owner here and I’m using this video as a guide for a stage 2 ECS clutch kit and brand new transmission also from ECS. Thank you and Dave for the very informative and thorough video!!

Dave's pretty awesome! I enjoyed hearing his explanation of everything and how they work. Seems like a very seasoned mechanic who really knows what he's doing. Definitely gotta keep him around for your install vids!

Best timing ever! Bro dropped the best clutch vid on YouTube the same day I started installing a new clutch on my mk7!

Most underrated car YouTuber 💯 you should have millions of subs! Keep it up Cam!

Cool! Don’t forget to mention that by switching to ECS line and bleeder block you cancel the swirl valve and clutch delay valve!

I use electrical tape when I can get the bolt out around the extension

W dave honestly. cameron if you see this comment somehow, when carma speed keeps growing like its bound too, and as you pick up more employees, you should do merch drops for the employees, similar to how cleetus mcfarland does for his, but obviously in your own way. loving the content always excited when your videos at the top of youtube

Surprised you guys didn't see all that friction disc material all over the starter when you pulled it out.

Love your content bro. Feels very genuine. I desperately want a gti and to do all this stuff to it.

Love to see this clutch getting some love. I’m running the same stage 3 clutch in my MK8 GTI….installed at 17k and just turned 63k on a Pmax full E85 tune. All the hate for this clutch is from a poor install or more importantly an improper break in period/procedures.

I love the longer form videos, can you please do more of them, I love watching your videos 🙏

I always love your videos the most when you work on VW and Audi cars! hope to see more 😊😊

The pulsing explanation you gave on the chatter for the clutch is so overlooked! You can slightly feel that pulsing as vibrations in the cabin (depending on the clutch you have) and for the longest time I thought I had a misfire. This platform idle sounds pretty crazy in general too so if it's your first VW don't be alarmed lol
