It was a similar story for me. I used to have a powerful internal combustion car and always used to make fun of those "microwaves" on wheels. Then, out of pure curiosity, I test-drove a Tesla Model 3 and a Model Y. Three months later, I sold my old car. I’m never going back to a combustion engine. Electric cars are just so much better! Wish you all the best and have fun with your "time machine".

I had a Lexus ES, Audi Q7 and Toyota Highlander Hybrid. After I decided to buy a Tesla model Y, simpler, smaller, lower…. But high tech, smart, fast, no gasoline, no maintenance(dealers trying to screw you every time when you visit them), easier buy process(no dealers trying to screw you when you buying their products and treating you bad when you refuse offers). Tesla is for sure the top1 American brand now. Unbelievable car. I already sold my Model Y and bought a Model S. WHAT A CAR… 0-60 in 3s and not worrying about fkng expensive gasoline

I used to hate EVs as well, as petrol prices are crazy so I went to test drive Model Y Performance (and couple other brand) I was sold; Tesla order is in

I can't wait to show this to my friends that are giving me crap for ordering a Y and selling my C8 Corvette. Although they did give me crap for selling my 911 to buy the C8 too.

Once you experience a Tesla and FSD, you'll NEVER go back!❤❤❤

I've got the RWD Model Y Juniper and am very happy. In the past I thought ICE Mercedes and BMW were desirable cars, now I can't think of anything worse, they are expensive to buy, maintain and high fuel costs. Not to mention my car is faster than most of them.

I’ve had the last 3 models of BMW X5. Couldn’t bring myself to buy the new one. Test drove the model Y last week and ordered it the day after. Can’t wait to get mine!

There's still tons of hardcore gas car owner that just said Tesla is iPad on 4 wheels but never try one. Always repeat the same argument based on older Tesla. First time I experienced Tesla M3P refresh model I'm hook. The car just keep on getting better which never happen before. Sold off my and wife's BMW and now I got a M3P for myself and MY AWD for my wife. Latest Grok AI integration push the car to next level.

Long time gearhead here and a few months ago I got a 26 MYP and I am now ruined for life. Not sure I could ever go back to an ICE vehicle. Time will tell if its reliability holds up but what a car this thing is.

Tesla M3 owner here. Had mine for over 3 yrs. Best decision I ever made. Glad you saw the light. Spread the truth, because the media will not.

Great car! Just got my Model Y Performance 3 weeks ago. Love it! Go test drive a CyberBeast now. You’ll love how smooth and different it feels.

I did the same thing. Sold my Porsche and Bought a Model S and never looked back. Best and most fun decision I’ve ever made for a car purchase. Congrats on coming over to the “dark side”. 😂

I did too. Sold 2003 Porsche 911 Cab 4 in 2008! Leased 2025 Tesla Y with FSD. Completed two 2000 mile road trips using FSD. At 86 years old, it’s the only way to go. 😎

Also a Porsche Enthusiast here. When I drove my Daughters 2026 FSD equipped Model Y, it was a game changer. Door to door from downtown Charlotte all the way her door step without touch anything. Performance aside, there was no going back to my daily drivers. Within a week after that FSD experience I ordered a Model YL Launch Edition. A week after that, my wife ordered a Model 3 to replace her BMW X5. There simply was no going back to our old vehicles.

Same. 40 modified ICE cars. Now two Teslas. Best car EVER. Thought I had motor oil in my veins. Now electrons.

What’s up, Thomas! Felipe here. We met during the handoff of your wonderful wife’s Model YL. It was a pleasure meeting you both. Thanks for your kindness! ✨
