He did the flip spin several times, so I have enjoyed this greatly

Fun fact, Scott had no interest in actually shooting this, he just wanted to show off his spinning skills.

What’s cool is that the original “Mare’s Leg” that was created for the show “Wanted Dead or Alive” with Steve McQueen, was chambered for the 44-40 Winchester cartridge but they put 45-70 cartridges on his belt for dramatic effect to make the gun seem even larger and more powerful. With this new version actually being chambered for 45-70, it actually makes sense for Scott to have those big rounds on his belt and kind of seems like the Mare’s Leg has come full circle in a way.

yeah for some reason, this episode was just....super fun. I don't know why tho. Maybe it was because Scott was visibly having a really good time. The energy in this one was super positive and it's appreciated. Remember you matter, and have an AMAZING day!

Who else would like to see two things, first one is him cleaning the range after the shoot, and then leaving a camera outside over night to see what animal life would show up for food that is on the range??

Maybe Scott should put down a large white canvas on a table and put several small tins of paint on it, then shoot the tins of paint. The paint eplosions would create a Jackson Pollock-like work of modern art. It would look fabulous, he could auction the art off and give the proceeds to charity, someone would pay a lot of money for that!

I've always wanted a .45-70 lever gun. The fact that someone made one in a "Mare's Leg" form is hilarious.

That was legitness. My favorite rifle and car in same episode.

I’m not a gun guy. I’ve shot a few but never owned one. I’ve been watching Scott for over a year or two and thoroughly enjoy his enthusiasm and clear love for what he does. In all this time I’ve never looked up a gun online until today. That mare’s leg looks like so much fun to shoot! Thanks Scott!
