A language scandal is brewing in Lithuania: a psychiatrist is accused of refusing to help a Russian-speaking teenager, and the minister is already preparing a complaint to the prosecutor's office. Meanwhile, fuel prices are rising again, and in a worst-case scenario, diesel could approach three euros per liter. This episode also features US Marines deployed to protect underwater infrastructure in the Baltic Sea, a Leopard tank factory near Kaunas, new statements from Vladimir Putin, floods in Europe, a scandal involving a trolleybus driver, and a new Ferris wheel.
