I was randomly scrolling through YouTube and suddenly there was an Indonesian kid who looked like she was still in elementary school — dancing against people from various countries much older than her. And winning.

Her name is Miyu. She's 12 years old. And after I did some more research, the whole thing blew my mind.

From a kid who initially imitated BTS's moves at home, to performing in front of thousands of people in Paris, battling against a global dance legend from France, signing with an agency featuring BTS's choreographer and Coachella performer, and appearing on the Korean reality show WSWF — all of this happened before she even started middle school.

In this video, I'll tell you Miyu's complete journey from zero to now — including how a video from Vietnam went viral worldwide, why her agency is now one of the most prestigious in the global dance industry, and what sets her apart from other young dancers her age.
