I was young and didn’t have anyone around me to give me better guidance, and every time I go back to watch this video, it breaks my heart all over again. His behavior in this video was just a glimpse — the same things, and even worse, happened behind the camera throughout my pregnancies.

This video still hurts to watch, but it’s also part of my healing. Being a single mom wasn’t what I pictured for my life, but it’s the reality that chose me — and I’m learning to find peace in that. I truly believe God will bless me with the loving family and man I’ve always prayed for, in His time. 🙏🏽
