Just love your updated techniques to familiar dishes we've love for years, I enjoy the demo's because while the updates are new to me , they aren't costly nor to radical to change. I will be making some changes that could really improve and hopefully taste delicious as yours look!  This was a great show for me as I loved every dish. Fantastic, show Chef!
