The defense lawyer chewing away on his gum in court is just as offensive as his defendant smirking, laughing & rocking in his chair like he’s just hanging out rather than being charged with murder of his little niece! 😡 Isn’t chewing gum in court considered disrespectful and unprofessional?

She was either getting SA’d over a long time, someone used protection, or the house was too dirty to get good evidence. Also I think they were more focused on saving her life at the ER and may have wiped away evidence. Either way someone strangled her and someone SA’d her. Lock em all up. And we heard the sister had no fine motor skills and weak upper body and core strength so it wasn’t that poor girl.

I hope the defense calls a forensic pediatrician to maybe refute a SA by the marks being from unclean and self scratching rubbing etc

Did I hear this correct that they didn't test her vagina or anus for blood. Just semen? Who was the genius who skipped the blood testing? She was 5 years old! I'm in the middle lab lady in head scarf & that's what I just heard. "the lab doesn't do that"..."we don't have those tests". Total incompetence!

Explain this to me like I'm stupid because the DNA testimony bored me to tears and it's the part I was most excited about. Am I right in thinking that the only important DNA they found was Paitin's* and David's on the headphones? Why did they seemingly test Savanahs DNA profile on most everything and not Paitin's*?
