This morning my mom calls and tells me she wants lekker strong tomato bredie and I tell myself hey I must go look up Fatima's recipe for Tomato bredie. After reading about your prognosis I weeped for you and your family. Your recipes have brought so much joy and laughter to our family kitchen and our plates. As a coloured woman I see you as Iconic, I see you as a Pioneer, I see you as Hope. Hope that all girls of colour can be anything they want to be and achieve anything they want to achieve. You have inspired me to be better, to cook better, to dream beyond my wildest dreams. From my family and I we Thank you and love you. All of the best Fatima Sydow. 💜💜💜
