A young talent is emerging to overturn the conventions of RC customization!

This time, we welcome SORA, a currently enrolled high school student and creator who is gaining popularity on Instagram (@SORAWORKS2008), as our guest. We'll be interviewing him in detail about all 12 of his soulful custom machines!

In the first installment, we'll introduce two machines: the "BAJA380 Beetle: Grasshopper" and the "FJ45: WPL C45"!

His desire to "create stylish cars that don't look like anyone else's" is evident in his machines, each one a unique creation that pursues the texture of the real car to the extreme. From the "BAJA 380," based on Tamiya's Grasshopper and featuring an engine fully scratch-built from a modified Yakult container, to the fabric-covered interior and detail-ups using materials from 100-yen stores, his overwhelming sense and skill, cultivated through self-study, are a must-see.
