The rains are finally here in Uganda, and it was the perfect time to get back into my garden! 🌧️🌱

After church, I went to buy seedlings of sukuma wiki, spinach and cayenne, ready to plant in my little garden. But before getting started, I had a few things to take care of at home.

I had bought quite a lot of tomatoes and noticed they were beginning to spoil, so I decided to boil them with a little salt and preserve them in the fridge instead of letting them go to waste. I then prepared lunch before heading into the garden.

The main highlight of the day was planting my vegetables and preparing the garden as the rains continue. I planted sukuma wiki, spinach and cayenne, and stayed outside until it was getting dark. 🌱🥬🌶️
