In this episode with Dr. Oz Garcia, we explore the relationship between longevity, biohacking, consciousness, mental health, and healthy aging. We discuss how stress, trauma, anxiety, rumination, and unhappiness may influence the aging process, and the role that consciousness, flow states, sleep, exercise, and social connection can play in healthspan. We also examine nootropics, brain health, and the limits of self-optimization culture. The central question is simple: Is living longer enough, or should the real goal be to live more consciously and meaningfully?
