Hi former CPS investigator and LEO from Michigan. To anyone wondering why a former officer would be a sov citizen, ask yourself, “have you found an idiot at every job and level you’ve worked?” Literally every place I’ve worked in my 30 years of employment I’ve wondered “how did this idiot get this job?!”

Yes, judge, I have the report they sent me, but since it doesn't support my argument there must be a secret second report they haven't sent that does

This judge should let the prosecutor state her objection before he overrules it for no reason.

Former Texas State Trooper found guilty in Ohio of resisting arrest & obstruction. Affirmed by Ohio Court of Appeals on 09/08/26.

At least his side council convinced him to STFU. He was well on his way to admitting to everything.

"I was out on a date and it didn't go well"
What happened? You started talking and she immediately left?

Sounds like he was wanting "professional consideration" and first officer wasn't having it.

The ever important distinction of "sovereign idiot" and "someone adopting idiocy due to limited options"
I would hope this guy is the latter

He said he did not understand what was happening but he is a former COP????????????? He understood completely

This judge really likes to overrule the prosecution's objections.

Rookie judge : he allows the defendant to TESTIFY instead of asking questions

@j.gairns 1 day ago

When he was a trooper he was in control and power now he fall flat on his face now Judge have no jurisdiction over him , he needs to wake up fast before he end up just like Eric Martin or Mr Magoo
