I'm grateful I never saw that video , especially reading how traumatic it was for many in the comments . The dude is a psychopath

my dog started barking around the 22 minute mark when he was on screen, he must be a bad person 😂

I knew alan. He was my wife's regular taxi driver in eccles. We were in complete shock.

watching and listening to this just made me so anxious. mainly because i remember this video being on timeline and seeing it without warning. it shocked me for months. it’s horrific.

I don't know how anyone can do what he did. Horrifying.

hardest watch of the whole podcast and i’m not even sensitive to true crime. i think it’s the fact it’s so brutal, so public and these people don’t even choose their final words. it’s a terrifying ordeal for everyone involved, even the public. innocent lives lost when they were there to help those people and spread their stories

“I could murder a podcast, where murders on the menu” is my favourite 🤣

I messed up and watched a beheading when I was younger with a couple buddies. It HAUNTED me. I remember so many ppl saying please don't watch this ,I did and wish I never had. I stupidly watched it and it scarred me. It was ALL I could think about the brutality, gurgling, the man being held down and only being able to kick his legs. It was the most horrific thing I've ever seen.

It's heart breaking to hear how much he was bullied and cast out, but it doesn't justify decapitating kneeling defeated prisoners. Millions of people are bullied and manage to lead productive lives.

This case was truly horrific. I can’t imagine what those hostages went through knowing what was going to happen. Well done for such a sensitive episode.

Isis released some of the most depraved execution videos on the internet. With great editing as well. More brutal than cartels.
And those guys are hard to beat.

Being a certain age, I remember exactly where I was when I saw the Alan Henning video. The trauma of that video has never left me to this day and I still have ISIS-related nightmares. Absolutely diabolical case.

How deprave…how barbaric terrorists are! The menace of terror should be dealt with as sternly as possible

In the early 2000’s era of the internet I made several mistakes searching out the horrors that were becoming available. Like this. And worst of all …. Daisys destruction. Don’t do it. Don’t you dare. Trust me. Since that time I refuse to allow anymore of it in my soul. And it’s taken decades to get it far enough in the distance to not have it affect me daily.

Heartbreaking and utterly terrifying.

Everything awful always happens on my birthday 😩

Im sorry you saw that. It stays with you. I unintentionally saw a cartel beheading about 15 years ago & it feels like yesterday. I couldnt stop it from replaying in my mind for weeks. In that way, its improved, it doesnt just pop up while im doing laundry anymore, but i dont know it goes away. 😞

This might be your greatest video so far

During the sectarian war in Iraq berween 2005 and 2010 the police patrols used to collect an average of 25 mutilated bodies daily on the streets of Baghdad . Some bodies with no heads , some heads with no bodies , eyes gouged , drill holes in the heads , and torture marks on them . Ten thousand Iraqi women activists were killed in Iraq between 2005 and 2010 by Islamic terrorists . Islamic terrorists were killing each other much more than they were killing western victims .

I disregarded the comments about this being a hard watch, but now at the part about what James Foley's family went through, I see it is indeed a very hard watch 😔

I remember seeing the fire video when I was around 11 or 12, and it’s hit me more now because as a kid even tho you know it’s real it seems like a movie. Now no words can explain even thinking about the video.
