Shadowknight Deep Dive Changes have been announced via the class' deep dive Preview! Shadowknight retains it's identity as a drain life tanking powerhouse! We've still got plenty of buttons and fun engaging mechanical synergies to exploit while retaining high actions per minute and some great abilities for pets THAT NOW SCALE with your level! Absorption shields, damage shields, and plenty of options to interupt caster opponents. ShadowKnights are by far the most popular tank archetype and these changes reflect a future where they are likely to still be the most commonly found PUG tank in the game. This is great news for SK fans! Grip of Agony greatly improved as well, i'm STOKED!

I was going Beastmaster or SK, but I didn't know which to play first. Guess the deep dive solved that problem.

I'm still locked into the Pally, mainly due to its the same team doing all the class changes.. So if most of the classes are great so far, the rest will be fine eventually too. Keen!

This looks great, and improves my critisms of the class. I honestly could have done without the pet as I f I nd micromanaging them a bit annoying but ill yake it, just hope its a nice model that fits the class fantasy

Couldn't decide between INQ and SK, but I'm opting for INQ specifically because of its lower popularity in my guild and (hopefully) useful niche. This deep dive is awesome though, definitely happy for people playing today's three classes!

The first look at the new traits suggests waaaay more players will be dealing with the darkness in the future, so hopefully we get some better tools for handling that! Did any of the dungeons in beta have wood nodes? If not, maybe some gnarled roots or fungi stalks could make for some communal torch breadcrumbs, for example.
