串を打つのにも、凹凸ができると火の当たりが均一でなくなるため、串を打つのにも技術がいる。
以上の手間を抜きにタレがどうだ、山椒がどうだと言うのは浅薄に過ぎる。
この動画作っている人間は本当に日本人か⁇
唐辛子の「からい」は「辛」、山椒の「からい」は「麻」です
麻酔とか麻痺の「麻」ですから、「痺れる」感覚、ということなんでしょうね
蒲焼きにして食べるのは、日本独特の調理法で、醤油ベースのタレや山椒の薬味、ほぐして食べるひつまぶしが、昔から食べられていた(笑)
秋は秋刀魚の蒲焼きも楽しめるし、海外でも様々な魚を蒲焼きにしてみたら、美味しい発見があるかも知れない(笑)
