As you probably know, the chances of becoming pro are zero to none.
When you start at a later age with that ambition, you need years of (semi) professional experience in another racket sport, preferably tennis.
Look e.g. at Jules Marie. He was nr. 200 ATP and switched 1 year ago to padel and he has some FIP points already. It's because of his elite fitness, footwork and a lot of shots he can carry over from tennis. He could already kicksmash from the white line basically on day 1. You will need 2 years or so to achieve that. He had already superior flat and slice volley's on day 1 compared to a lot of advanced amateur players. He basically just needed to learn to defend with the walls and learn tactics and all the other stuff improved naturally along the way and with some lessons and baskets of course.

When looking at your video, you would be somewhere ranked p400, maybe p500 in my country Belgium, meaning you would be around nr. 5000 to 10.000 in our country.

We have a lot of good ex tennis players that already made the transition 4 years ago and went a few times to Spain to train in academies.

I would call your level intermediate+ at the moment.

Great video, lighting may need a bit of touch up in some areas. On the padel side, I’m sure you’re getting more than enough tips from diff coaches, would also find a way to work on your foot work. Just watch your partner in the first tournament, even though both of your techniques are awkward, your partners footwork (assuming from his tennis background) is far superior - almost as if he’s gliding on the court. Likely from years of training at a young age. It’ll be tough to learn but can see if you give it 150%, won’t be impossible.
