Weight lost is Glycogen, but you're just reloading it back up now

I couldn't decide what I wanted for dinner. I finally decided chinese. Low and behold this guy was doing Panda Express. I blessed the food for both of us. I had a couple of bites and then I just watched him enjoy the rest of his feast.

Im waiting for a new deep dish pizza or lasagna mukbangs, i love those!

If you're serious about your health get a blood test. Losing weight won't reduce high cholesterol and sugar the way you probably think it will.
