There was a Dateline where a chiropractor was having his wife take a "supplement" for her health. Little did she know they were loaded with lead. She was violently sick and almost died like he was hoping. While she was getting sicker and sicker, he was taking out several like insurance policies on her, total of $5 million. Luckily, the man who had installed the lead walls in the chiropractors office for Xrays called the police because he had heard about the doctors wife extremelysick with lead poisoning. He explained how the lead could be scraped off the wall and could possibly be put in empty capsules. Well, doc was arrested for poisoning his wife and is now in prison!

I know this is based on a true story, but I can't watch movies like this cause there is so many things in which are triggers and work my nerves. Ladies when you are planning to leave a man, DO NOT make an announcement, DO NOT take your time and if its urgent or life threatening then just leave you can get clothes and hygiene products later. And always make sure you have your phone on you and let a trustworthy friend know exactly what is going on, just in case the worse happens, you'll have someone who can tell your story to the police.

My ex-husband put one of those keystroke trackers on our home computer and spied on everything I did. He had so many mental problems. I'm grateful to be single now.

My ex used to tie me up, r@pe me, beat and torture me, call me all sorts of nasty things, push me around and just totally scarred me..I finally got away from him...

Now, I have a husband who is absolutely the sweetest, most wonderful man in my life!! He stayed with me even when I became in wheelchair, had 4 heart attack, 2 strokes, etc...and loves me more every day! I hope, pray, wish every lady can find peace, especially after being traumatized.. much love!!

This is where people make mistakes big time, after the doctor told her about the pills, I would have packed a bag, told my friend, left my phone, call a cab, [just in case he had a tracker on my car], and got out of there!
