That thumbnail ai images is creepy

Nelson! Long time fan and student. You have a great skill in teaching. Making chess more accessible for beginners. I’m building skill and noticing tactics easier. I’d love to play you sometime.

I think against weaker players you should just play solid and let them make a mistake. Using aggressive sacrifices just leads to them playing solid, principled chess and since most sacs near the opening are objectively bad you losing risk is much higher.

He really does say hi to Rob in every video doesn’t he 😂

you're an awesome chess streamer its so easy to listen to you and understand everything

How many times does "for the content" lead nelson to depression 😭

That’s first game was AMAZING.  Well done

You'll get it next time, Nelsi!   Ty for the great content.

Missed Qc8 in your first game towards the end when you simplified.  Sacrifice the queen to set up the skewer. Granted the pawn endgame was completely winning but queen sac is cooler 😏

NEVER stop playing gambits Nelson, attack!! Win or lose, always attack

great end game around 1:25:00 !

When you see the Walrus Variation, you should use the Eggman Gambit.

Chicken fried rice

Well, since we're offering uninvited advice... 😉 I would never say "play openings you don't enjoy," but I do think you're leaving points on the board when you play some of the dodgier gambits you like against peer-level or higher opponents. I think they're more likely to find their way through, even in a Rapid game. Just a theory, though, and it would be interesting to plot the results of your opening choices against various ratings range bands. On the other hand, you don't have to give up gambits - just play ones that are more sound. The Morra is a great choice for you, and I've sometimes wondered why you don't regularly play the Evans and the Vienna or the Scotch gambits. For Black, your choices are more limited, but you might enjoy the Blumenfeld: it's both rare and better than its reputation. Anyway, feel free to ignore all this. I quite enjoy your channel and learn a lot from it.

Nelson was tilted before that last game. 😢

1:46:47 Find the brilliant move for white.

The guy may have been a cheater, Nelson—maybe, but it's also completely possible they just stopped playing bullet and don't care about their bullet rating.
