I predict that 7B won't have a "go to 7B" screen at all and will just automatically launch 7B - after all, it isn't a chapter 5 "completion" just a cut to an error screen currently due to the missing chapter

Honestly I bet the actual thing is gonna be like this, leaving us with more questions than answers

This all definitely seems like a 'fever dream', just like what Toby possibly saw while asleep, very surreal, chaotic, and distorted.

i absolutely LOVE the idea of 7B being unfinished and using placeholder stuff like this. Also that all the unused text is there too

I like how this uses actual game maker glitches on purpose

“Imagine a world where everything is the same except you don’t exist.”

the concept that the part of the depths just being a test room or it’s extremely unfinished is so cool because WE weren’t meant to be here yet, it’s not finished. we skipped a whole chapter and went straight to the finale of deltarune that is so obviously not how the prophecy is meant to go. we wanted to change the prohpecy and ending and we did it.
also the final room/shelter being exactly like the SWORD route and ERAM fight is so cool

The ending audio when put into a spectrogram shows an image, it kinda looks like Kris with the horned headband with a deer monster (Noelle or Dess?) in front of the Shelter.

Anyways this is a sick concept, using the objects in GameMaker for doors, placeholder NPC sprites, and the wall collision to build a world is such a good idea

damn toby didnt finish the game in time 💔

In "Shin Megami Tensei If...", there is an extra route you get at ng+, where you have to reject all the normal companions, and choose a previously unavailable one. He basically gets you out of bounds and you start a completely different dungeon, with new bosses, more difficulty and such. The new partner gets possesed after dying and gets powers, and at some point you get to battle the greater demon who stole his full abilities.

I wanna think 7B is the "Akira route" of Deltarune (but darker), since the negotiation system was inspired by SMT.

If acrual 7B is this weird and glitchy, I'm gonna a cry

First time I see someone actually using the Vessel for 7B!

deltarune black space

weirdly gives yume nikki vibes
something like this is very possible

6:47 I know this problem in Game Maker studio Sometimes the room is large, but if the sprite inside the room is not completed, this glitch occurs.

Vessel obtain, proceed to reset the world

really interesting concept!!
how do you think of the vessel's agency in this worldstate? i noticed that there wasn't a prompt to pull out the knife - it seems to have done so without obvious player input

My vessel Frisk 2.0! I missed you!!!! 🥹

AMAZING

😮
