Well…depending on the fact that cutesy story being told everywhere in the wedding,it seems its is very important for her and is foundation of their relationship. Now for him what he done is 12 years ago , for her the betrayal will start the day she will find out . The fact that he never told her in 12 years tells me her reaction will not be not great😂

There is nothing grey about this. This relationship started in deception, and the deception was allowed to continue. Whether the friend divulges the info or not, it will end, and end because of a deception. If a person starts a relationship with a lie and allows the lie to continue, there will be a lot more lies in the relationship. It is just a matter of how much time and hurt occurs from further lies before it ends.

nah, it's not 'not that bad'. there is a reason as to why OP (original poster) of the confession feels guilty for not telling the woman/keeping the situation a secret. everyone has different boundaries when it comes to a relationship and it's clear that if OP told the bride about what her now-husband did on the day of their meeting, she wouldn't be happy about it even after 12 years of 'good' behavior. OP needs to pray that now-husband will continue to be a decent partner, because if he betrays her trust, OP is kinda responsible for woman wasting 12+ years of her life on a relationship that might not have survived few months if she had been told about her now-husband's 'adventure' on day of meeting his supposed soulmate.

Nah, that's cheating because he mutually agreed at that party that they'd focus in on each other. Hard disagree. That's cheating. Intentions were declared, that counts as the start of a relationship.
