I will forever adore the cutscene from Shake It where Wario saves the Shake Dimension, gently takes the queen in his arms, then yeets her across the room and grabs the magic coin sack all while manically laughing.

Fun fact. If you stay long enough on Warioworld's pause screen, Wario will start doing Na Nas more often and past that he will legit apologize for being annoying and shut up

“Wario got a 3D platformer before Kirby”
Your prayers have been answered

I love how the "W" on the bucket he drops on Mario is printed upside down, meaning this bucket was designed with the sole purpose of being upside down on someones head

Fun fact: Production I.G. was the same team that would eventually do the anime cutscenes for Persona 5 and the Kid Icarus Uprising Thanatos short.

According to the Enclosed Instruction Manual and some insider lore, the knock off Mr Game&Watch guy is actually the black cat. When you enter the hallway toward the Boss, very occasionally do you see the black cat go into the store and just vanish. And if you beat the game with at least 90% of the treasure, well... The ending says it all.

Wario Land 4's length really comes from playing through Hard/Very Hard, it moves the collectables around and makes you really want those boss fight items.

I can’t believe Nintendo would rip off Pizza Tower like this

"What? Nintendo made a dumb decision that actively encouraged emulation, even though they could've prevented it? Wow, that's crazy."
This man is hitting the hard truths!

Fun Fact: According to the manual of Wario World, he canonically can't die because he doesn't feel like dying

Edit: Apparently it was the Wario Land 4 website, my bad

I love the detail that Wario's pet hen from Warioland 2 is the only thing he cares about more than money and treasure. He is willing to stop perusing the thieves and drop everything he is doing, when he sees that she has left her coop, and does not stop till he gets her back safe. Oddly wholesome for a guy like Wario.

“I have a bottomless coin sack” is the sort of line I imagine Wario using in a bar.

Friendly reminder that the canonical reason Wario can’t die is that he just decided he didn’t want to and as a result he is possibly the most powerful character in smash currently.

Actually
If you buy a iten from him in the final boss
Its revealed that he is the Black cat in disguise

There should totally be a Wario-themed Monopoly. It would fit his character so well

@randomangoanim 3 years ago

Fun fact: the reason Wario can’t die, is that in a character manual, he literally is immortal, and he can’t die only because he doesn’t feel like it.

Here's a fun fact: in the indie 3d platformer "A Hat In Time" there is a speed run challenge with music called 'collapsing time rift' that is uncannily similar to the track 'Hurry Up!' from Wario land 4
