In this restoration project, I am working on a rare Movado Kingmatic HS360 from the 1970s. Standing out with its distinctive TV case design and impressive blue dial, this watch bore heavy traces of the years.
Operations performed in this restoration:
• Polishing the crystal covered in scratches
• Case polishing and surface refinishing processes
• Full maintenance and service of the movement
• Installation of a new leather strap
Giving a second life to vintage watches always feels special. However, making such a rare Movado working and aesthetically impressive again makes this project much more meaningful.
