The Alice game looked gorgeous. I swear we're just incapable of properly recreating that 2000's hallmark of harsh cuteness these days.

That Alice game is the only example of a movie tie-in video game looking better than its source material.

Another weird DS game was Spanish For Everyone. That game not only didn't do a good job at teaching Spanish but had some weird undertones about drug trafficking and the game's lead designer confirmed it was done on purpose.

That Alice in Wonderland game was absolutely made for the crowd who think Nightmare Before Christmas is a clothing brand and not a movie. You could say the same thing for the film itself tbh.

Junko fans eating good this past month, gah dang...

To think the director of Napoleon Dynamite and Nacho Libre went on to direct A Minecraft Movie is crazy

As someone from the UK, the whole first segment with the homies just felt like a very elaborate bit until I realised oh okay these were actually a real thing.

3:09 i love that Homies has a wheelchair user who gets to be cool. The creators are homies to the disability community 🎉

What's really weird is how this isn't Every Star Wars game on N64 reviewed - YungJunko

Wizard of Oz is another weird one. An RPG where you use the stylus to walk around. It's so bizarre. And yet it looks GORGEOUS! I bought it just because of the graphics alone. The devs really had passion for the material and it shows.

6:26 Considering the style of the show, that completely makes sense. I wouldn't be surprised if that was some kind of joke between the developers and creators.

No way you got your own lil homie figure!? @1:11

5:26 I think everyone who grew up watching and loving back to the barnyard don't remember it

2:20 Homies: Rollerz walked so Mario Kart World can run

Code Lyoko, which also ran on Cartoon Network, got not one but TWO DS Games! One came out after the show ended about a year later.

“Probably the most immersive Barnyard sim of our time”

Barnyard, the video game based on the movie that kickstarted Back at the Barnyard: “Am I a joke to you?”

I remember playing the Alice game when I was like 8 on my DSi, and Alice's crying and screaming sounds are BURNED into my brain to this day.

If that Alice game came out today on Steam or even Switch it would be a hit. You can tell the developer’s and art team actually cared

Just as I was rewatching old Junko videos, a new one drops. Hallelujah

Dude you've been pumping out some great quality
